Checking in
I hope all is going well. I notice its been a bit quiet here for a bit. I still want to say thank you for this amazing software. I still use it often in my career as a theatrical costumer, and I still recommend it enthusiastically whenever someone asks about digital pattern drafting.

And we absolutely love you for it, too, Ashley!
We did a major move last year, switching countries, which was quite exhausting, but opened up a new and wonderful world to us. This new life kept us very occupied and we're just about to finding our groove again.
However, just before we moved, we've added a new feature to White Rabbit that yet hasn't been released. Along with it we started two additional developments within White Rabbit that we hopefully get to resume in the near future again, too.
All in all, life has taken a beautiful turn for us, embracing challenges for all the right reasons and much of this gained energy will flow into our love for our little rabbit again very soon.
We do, however, apologise for not giving off any signs of life for so long. Merely some minimal website updates and brief social media interactions.
Thank you so very much for all you're doing, Ashley, and for this post, too. Fills us with great joy and a little bit of pain, of course, too. It's really time we ramp things up again. So many wonderful ideas left to share, powerful and fun, too.
Another BIG
and we'll make some noise as soon we're back!

Re: Checking in
Yay for awesome life moves! I also get life taking over. I am glad to see that not only is White Rabbit still running (yay!) but that there are still things in the works down the way! With the state of the world, it was reassuring to hear that this amazing software wasn't just going to disappear.
Currently using the software to create wrap skirts for my youth theatre's production of Little Mermaid in the Spring. So once again, thank you!

Re: Checking in
Sometimes it feels like the world was changing so rapidly, but it's just all the stuff that gets rolled out over us all, while under the hood things move a lot more steady. Those steady moving things are giving us strength and stability, even when we sometimes wish they could move a bit faster, too.
They also have their occasional leaps and occasional hold-ups, but with enough love behind them they last for a very long time. And White Rabbit carries a lot of love.
Hey, whenever you have some pictures to share, even from a play in action with some of your costumes, please, feel free to post some here. We'd love to see them, naturally!
Also, if you ever run into a situation where you wished White Rabbit could do something it can't do, yet, never hesitate to ask for it!
I just figured, if anyone would have sensible suggestions it would have to be you!

Re: Checking in
I mean, you already gave me a little notepad to scribble info in! Y'know I am not shy about asking!
As for pics, the shows have been more modern last year, so no need for drafting...more alterations on purchased things.
But I did make a Poet/Pirate Shirt Onesie for my now toddler son to wear when we worked a Renaissance Faire/Pirate Fest here. Let me hunt up a photo.

Adorable!!!
What a beautiful little guy! I'm sure he broke a lot of hearts on that Renaissance Faire, hehehehe!
Thanks for the picture!
I kinda hope a more traditional show will make it back into the mix, because it does sound like crazy fun to make proper costumes in such a setting.
...can be a daunting, too, at times, naturally.
I can only imagine he'll continue to love going to these faires and you'll get to have some fun with the grading, too, hehehe!
