Tunic with pockets

Hi all,
This baby (pattern) was a bit challenging :? , but I've finally made it to the printing tab. It's inspired by a pattern I had from Ottobre magazine. I did some changes to fit better my tinny frame. The original design is a lot looser.

This is my 3rd pattern created in WR, after a basic t-shirt and a pair of pants with no side seam-line. I am quite happy with the tunic pattern, and will it test it out on fabric soon, hopefully I have done a good job. I love the style as it can be worn as a tunic over leggings, or extend the hem, maybe use short sleeves, and make it in a comfy summer dress.

You've given us the privilege to see this pattern earlier today and we're absolutely excited about what you've done there! :bounce:
It's so very neat and beautifully put together. Fantastic job! :tu: :tu: :tu:

Thank you so much for sharing it here! I hope you'll enjoy the idea of sharing a photo of the result later on, too, that would be totally brilliant. But even this is already quite a treat for us to see!

Hop onwards and upwards! :br: :br: :br:

Once we're through with the next set of features and improvements, we'll definitely also have a look at "trueing" seam allowances, if that's the proper word in English. It's sometimes fascinating how challenging it is to find the proper technical terms at all, let alone in the individual languages. However, it'll become clear, once we've got it in there. :hihi:

Thank you very much for all the help, and the encouragement. I wanted to learn pattern making from scratch, for quite some time, but the ideea of endless "shits" of papers and so much volume of pencil sharpening did not appeal to me. I also tried a few softs, but always ended up being frustrated with them, for various reasons. So now, a whole new world opened up for me!

Down the Rabbit Hole I go!!! :bounce:
See you on the other side, with plenty of patterns to show!
